Shaun Graham
Founder & Managing Partner
Shaun brings 30+ years of sales experience in both the professional sports and corporate sectors. Starting in a boiler-room sales office at age 17 he evolved into a genuine authority on selling premium sports hospitality to the corporate market through management experience at companies such as IMI International, The Newmor Group and Cintas as well as holding VP positions at sports organizations such as the Colorado Rapids, Bristol Rugby and Elevate Sports Ventures.
His area of expertise has always been developing sales executives within professional sports aiming at the (B2B) Corporate market. With his company Synergy, over the last 15 years he has worked and consulted with over 200 sports organizations across America, Canada, and in the UK.

Mick Hogan
Founder & Managing Partner
Mick Hogan has a 30+ year career in professional sports, major events, and community sport. He's worked for the English domestic rugby governing bodies (RFL & RFU), and as CEO for top-level rugby clubs Wigan Warriors, Sale Sharks, and Newcastle Falcons, where he boosted ticket and hospitality revenues to record levels.
He was Event Director for the record-breaking 2019 Heineken Cup Finals and had the initial idea which led to the creation of the London Double Header RU event. The driving force behind ‘The Big One’ events at Newcastle and Wigan, both of which achieved record ticket sales. He's worked and consulted with various sports organizations including World Rugby, English Cricket Board, the British & Irish Lions, Netball Super League, Rugby League World Cup 2021 and the Professional Rugby Board in Wales. Mick has also set up three charitable rugby foundations over the past two decades.
